Hi everyone!

Hi! My name is Rotha and I'm currently a yl15 student at ACE. I am also studying Khmer in the 9th grade. Everyone in this grade in this year is studying hard since there is a national exam at the end of the year which can change our future. Another reason is that this year, the exam is a lot harder than last year.

Even though I don't particularly like studying, but I always try to study hard so that I can pass tests. My favorite subject in school is physics because every time I study more about it, I learn something new and interesting. I also like English and I started studying it before I even started studying Khmer.

Well, about my hobby. I'm not 100% sure if I actually have one but there's one thing for sure and that's listening to music. I usually spend my free time listening to some pop music. And of course, it's English pop music. Oh! I forgot ! I also like playing video games but time usually flies by as i play it.

My dreams? As you can see in the picture, I really like airplanes so this means I want to be a pilot. Some people say it's dangerous and we hear about plane crashes a lot but do they hear about the million of safe flights every year? And no, no they don't because newspapers don't print "another successful flight to America" right? Besides, I can travel to different countries without being charged. Also, I have this dream of soaring through the skies like birds and feel the wind. Hmm.... maybe one day, I'll invent an anti-gravitational device! Who knows?

Hello! I'm Enix. Here i'm giving you a nice description about myself. :)

I'm a 14 years old boy, now studying in YL15 at ACE and 9th grade of my khmer school which is called Chaktomuk Secondary School.

English? Is my favorite language, i just love it with no doubt. I enjoy learning it so much, just can't get myself out of it! Writing in English is a kind of challenge, mostly hard and absolutely complicated.For me,writing in English is also a quite hard thing to do and my friends seem to telling me that they don't like it,but for me I love writing the most because i think writing is expressing our ideas and people can identify a person by seeing their writing.So if we can write well,the other peoples can understand us well also.I do like writing and i always want to be better at writing every time i write it.

Free time is not so common for me now. i don't have enough,i guess. I have to start school earlier in the day time and end in the evening and then there are just tonnes of homework waiting me to do them. So free time is really meaningful for me. I usually spend it wisely. don;t want it to end.
I usually get myself to relax by doing the thing i like such as chatting with friends,watching TV, a little bit shopping with my friends and something like that. But the only think that I like the most is VISITING A PLACE that i've never been to and TAKING PHOTOS of the landscapes and the things that are there.

The only one thing that i wish i could change is to BE VERY GOOD at ENGLISH because i think i'm not good enough at it now. So i would like to be Better from time to time and pass the IELTS with a very good grade(6.0 or above)

The only wish in my life is to LIVE A HAPPY AND WONDERFUL LIFE. i want to stay closely to the people that i love such as my family,my friends,.. then enjoy the time with them. Also, i hope everything i want are all coming true and everybody like it. In the future,i really want to achieve my goal of becoming A Professional Surgeon. :)

Hi, I'm Ati or you can call me Eclipse a Lunar one, I like it better that way. For me, I've been living with English everyday since I was the age of four. Well of course, English is a huge part of my life. I enjoyed learning, speaking, writing...anything about English. Also, studying or speaking English is fun when you know how to. Hello! My name's Pimean, I'm 14 years old. I live in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I'm studying English in ACE from YL7 and now I'm in YL15. I've studying about writing in English in ACE.

Writing is a good program for me because i can know exactly how to write, think.... While I am writing i have to listen to music, if i don't listen to the music i can't think what i should write.


My favorite hobbies are listening to music, read books, hang out with friends. I love to listen to music because it makes me feel very well when i got stress. Reading history books is the best hobby because books can make us know a lot about the history esp about KHMER history( pol pot, the old kings...). I never hang out with friends when it's the weekend because my house is too far from the place where i go but i like hang out with friends.


One thing I wish I could change is my mp3 player because it's very old and it's full of the music.

Hello everybody....
My name is Moniroath. I've been studying at ACE for 2 years. I really enjoy learning English, i meant every subjects about English, including writings. I don't know how to describe my feelings, but i could say that i enjoy writing in English much more than anything else.

I usually spend most of my free times reading books. Just because I think it worth than doing other things such as watch movies, listening to music and so on. Further more, reading can help me to improve my reading skill at the same time while it makes fun for me. There is one more thing i love to do during my free times, creating fictions by using my own idea and my imaginations.

Of course, there is one thing I wish I could change. It would be the best for me, if i could have more times to do some more researches about Mathematics and Chemistry theories. Both subjects are my favorite ones at school. So, I would like to be very good at them.

My ambition is to be a doctor and I always look forward to graduate my studies as soon as the times could be. I would like to help, save people from diseases and take care about their healths. Moreover, i can take care my family by myself and protect them from illnesses. By keep studying hard, I know i could make my dream comes true in some days.

My name is Monineath. I'm 14 years old and I'm 9th grader in Khmer School. This is my 3rd term of studying in ACE and it's also my 2nd time of writing blogs.Right now I'd like to introduce about myself to you guys so that you'll know more about me or your claamate.


I think when we have free we should spend time on writing in English because it might improve our writing skill and also our English will get more influence. Then it would be easier for us to read things in English and we would be able to understand them faster.


My hobby is traveling, listening to music and hanging out and I enjoy these things so much . However, nowadays I don't have as much time as usual to hang out or travel around because I have to spend more time for this busy year of studying. I have to get high score on my national exam, so I just have to leave all useless things behind and spend most of the time on studying.

I wish that I was better in communicating face to face with people. Through the screen I'm able to talk a lot. On the other hand, in normal living life I found it's hard to talk to people, especially strangers or acquaintances. I can only be talkative with my best friends who I have known for ages. Well, I just wish I could be more friendly and got better in communication face to face.

Well my dream is becoming a good doctor so that i could earn lots of money and also I'd be able to help lots of people. Helping people is a wonderful thing and it might also make us feel good when we know that we've just helped someone.
