  1. Weeks and weeks later, since our term was finished, this blog was empty blank! It feels like entering a class with nobody but me. Hello again teacher( if you are reading this). How are you ? Well, it has been "Long time no see". I miss you and I didn't see you at the graduation day. Are you now still in the U.S?
I am finely great here ,with this new class new friends.

  2. Hi P2
Wow, I was just thinking - I need to deactivate that blog. It was on my to-do list. But, I'm glad I didn't before you came to visit here!

Yes, it was really strange how it became "empty" really quickly - one day we were all on it, and the next day - gone! Life is full of change, isn't it?

I've been wondering how everyone is doing and hoped I'd hear from someone. Glad to hear you're doing well! How was graduation? Do you have a photo? I was sad to miss it, but my plane left a few days before. I hope that Sonita gave you the booklet I printed up with everyone's writing in it? Please confirm that because I want to make sure you got it.

I can send you a copy of the class photo I took.
    Please email me - kmteaching@gmail.com

Yes, I'm still in the U.S. I'm in Ohio now with family and this Sunday I'm driving across the country back to Boulder, Colorado. I'll be teaching again at the International English Center at the University of Colorado. Wish someone from Cambodia would come to study there :)

What's new in your life? What are you enjoying?

    best,
    Kathleen

  3. Hello Katheleen and P.2 ! I haven't seen Kathleen since the term finished and P.2 I just met the other day at the graduation. I hope i can Respond the answers to your questions in stead of P.2.
The graduation went so smooth and the photo, I don't think we took any, but my yl 14 friends did take. Their presentations were awesome. About the booklet, who went to the graduation all got it, so don't worry teacher !!
GEP life is completely different from YL life. It seems to be so quiet( in my class) when the teacher asks question, there are hardly anyone answer it. I answer most of the time. They seems to be too mature. Hmmmm what I'm enjoying the most now is my vacation. All Cambodian Students just got a break from their school. So it's a great opportunity to do what they've been wanting to do.
Hope to keep in touch !

  4. Hi Nix!
Thanks for the updates! It's nice to hear what's going on. The GEP classes can sometimes be really quiet, it just depends on the students. I find it really frustrated when no one has anything to say. I'm glad that you are participating! :) And now you have a break from your regular school - that must feel great!

If you want to keep in touch you'll need to email me directly, because I really am going to deactivate this blog very soon!

I'm almost back to Colorado, I'm writing this from a hotel :)
