Balls Of Fury

After being fired from a low paying job at a diner, Randy Daytona, Dan Fogler, is forced to play the sport which killed his father, Ping Pong.

This sports comedy is set in Nevada. Randy was once the best ping pong player in the world, with multiple gold medals and millions of admirers. Randy seemed to have it all, until his father started betting on his matches against mob bosses. On the finals of the 1988 Olympic ping pong tournament, Randy lost to Karl Wolfschtagg, Thomas Lennon, resulting in his fathers death. Randy would disappear under the radar for 19 years without anyone recognizing him as a former ping pong champion, but that's all about to change. After being fired as the entertainer at a diner in Nevada, Randy is approached by FBI Agent Ernie Rodriguez, George Lopez. It seems that Randy is needed to participate in an underground ping pong tournament to stop the notorious triad boss Feng, Christoper Walken, the very man who killed his father. Randy agrees to help Ernie in hopes of bringing his father's murderer to justice, but first he must relearn the arts of ping pong under the tutelage of Master Wong, James Hong, and his niece Maggie Wong, Maggie Q.

With reviews like "...amiable, nicely observed, and surprisingly shrewd..." -Boston Globe, and "...a lifeless ping pong comedy that ricochets from one flat gag to the next." - Los Angeles Times. This is definitely a movie that you should go and see.
